Kaleb on the other hand? Not so much.
I think he's warming up to the idea of being stuck between 3 girls.
He's decided the Sally, Suzie, and Bob would all be acceptable names for the baby.

I love the video. The poor dude. I wanted a baby sister for years and ended up with three brothers. He'll laugh at that video. Someday. Congrats!
I almost started crying along with Kaleb. Not that I am sad you are having a girl, but because I was that girl that always wanted a sister and only got brothers. You can always borrow our boy for a few hours. :) Ryan watched along with me. He told me that maybe we should switch so Kaleb could be happy.

oh my goodness, this video is hysterical! i can't stop giggling! poor little dude! my husband feels his pain -- he's the only boy and has 3 sisters (and in the same order you have!), and when his youngest sister was born, i think he pretty much reacted this exact same way!
I love that you caught that moment on film.
My boys were also less than thrilled with our announcement of another sister, although they didn't shed any tears.
Just tell Kaleb that one day all of his sisters will get married and give him brothers(inlaw), at least that is how it finally worked out for my lonely younger brother. Thanks to our husbands, I think my brother figures all us girls were finally worth all the trouble.

My kids want to watch it over and over. I told them it's not nice to laugh at someones else pain. Though I kinda was. That is the saddest/cutest thing ever. Maybe #5 will be boy.

Is it mean that I was laughing at the video..but poor Kaleb made me want to cry with him at the same time. I laughed when he said, "I don't like girls!" (He and Parker would get along great) He's so sad. Glad he is warming up.

Oh my gosh, that was so sad... I am mad at you for not giving him what he wants!! Just call a re-due! OH but another little girl I have two sisters and we have so much fun together and you will love to hang with your 3 daughters. Caleb will get a brother, next time!! Lucky you.
I can hardly handle how funny that video is. If I were you, I'd be sure to stress to your new baby each day (and throughout her entire life) how much you love her, even though Kaleb doesn't and never has.

That is such a sad little movie of Kaleb. He is heartbroken! I guess you will have to have more kids after this so he can have a brother. Congrats on a little girl! She will be beautiful like her sisters.

oh, that made me cry. not because it wasn't kinda funny...because it kind of is, but i'm just overly emotional with this pregnancy so everything even remotely funny comes across as being sad:) he he. poor little guy. he'll soon forget he's sad when he gets to hold her and love her. he'll grow up knowing what women want and how to get along with girls! a wife's dream!:)

Oh poor Kaleb! I really almost cried with with him/for him. It was so sad to see his face, then all those tears come, and just pain. He was truly as sad as you can get. Can you work on a boy for that kid as soon as this one coms?!!! That is priceless! Well have fun with another girl! Any ideas on names? Congrats!!!
